B2B Commercial Director
About the Role
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Commercial Director for a highly fast paced organisation whose services span multiple countries and cultures.
*** Specifically we need someone who has a background in the sales of products and services to SME's in a digital manner (not field sales!) ***
Commercial growth is the aim of this role. The successful individual will have a demonstrable background in developing and implementing commercial strategies and objectives aiming to accelerate growth and market share in what is a highly competitive marketplace.
You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to senior management and will be used to conducting market research and analysing to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.) based in part from the in-depth understanding of present customers to ensure their present and future needs are met.
** We are ideally seeking an individual from a B2B industry. **
You will have an excellent entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills, you will be a creative strategist with excellent organisational abilities.
- Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant senior role
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
