About the Role

Fantastic opportunity for a passionate Business Development Manager to join a growing international organisation! The successful candidate will be entitled to a generous salary up to 50k DOE + Equity.

The ideal candidate will have experience of selling bespoke business process outsourcing solutions. This organisation currently has a number of healthy contracts servicing administration ‘back office’ solutions across various industry sectors.

This individual must be a self-starter and will manage E2E contract negotiations with UK clients.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in similar Sales Manager / Business Development roles
  • Target-driven, with passion for sales
  • Ability to seek out new business
  • Strong rapport building, able to develop Key Accounts
  • Excellent customer service and account management
  • Ability to travel to visit UK customers
