About the Role

We are working for one of the most innovative organisations in the Customer Contact BPO sector searching for an exceptional individual to lead the sales, marketing, bid and client function of this rapidly growing, impressive organisation.

*** This is a 100% homebased UK role ****

Your role will be to lead the marketing, acquisition and client account teams to grow, retain and develop the commercial offering into the specific markets targeted by this BPO.

You will have a Customer Contact BPO background and will be well versed in leading organisations through periods of change and transformation. You will be a client facing professional with a well honed and demonstrable background in developing and selling complex solutions to large, customer centric organisations.

Working closely with the board you will be at the forefront of the business, highly visible and with your team will face into the organisations prospects delivering demonstrable ROI and gainshare client solutions to numerous sectors.

You may well be sitting in a high level Client led role in one of the larger Customer BPO’s and be looking for a role which provides you with board level exposure, diversity and responsibility, alternatively, may be working for one of the challenger BPO’s and looking for a change and more seniority – either way we’d like to hear from you!
