Director of Onboarding
About the Role
We are working with an exceptionally fast paced organisation assisting them to find an exceptionally talented individual to lead the Recruitment, Training and Quality function for the large, complex organisation. This role is remote, anywhere in the UK.
** You must have a background in leading largescale recruitment teams who deliver volume resourcing to large and complex Contact Centre operations **
The successful individual into post will have a background of leading recruitment within the Contact Centre industry and will be well versed in leading large teams to deliver huge volumes of frontline recruitment in sometimes tight timescales. You will be a passionate people person with the gravitas and character to effectively lead geographically disparate teams to achieve the same goal. You will be digitally minded and will be passionate about making major changes to enhance the onboarding experience of any potential member of staff.
A key focus for this role will be to digitise the whole onboarding process including (but not limited to) recruitment (direct and agency), induction, training and quality ensuring the operation have clear input into the journey. The aim of the role is to develop world class processes which WOW applicants on their onboarding journey setting the organisation apart from it’s competitors in contact centre employment.
The role will have full P&L responsibility and is fully accountable for the high-performance delivery of all operational recruitment activity across the organisation and you will be well versed in inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results in what can be sometimes a challenging landscape.
This is a crucial role for the organisation and the successful individual will have a high degree of exposure to the board
