MI Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Management Information Analyst to join our growing client. The role will be a trusted advisor to members of our clients Management Team, the MI Analyst will lead on the collection, reporting and analysis of key management information. You will develop new and improved insight that will inform key business decisions by building strong relationships across the business.

This is a full-time role based primarily from home, however, there will be some travel to the offices which are based on M40 corridor between Warwick and South Bucks.

The MI Analyst will be responsible for the reporting systems that support the needs of the business, their clients and their suppliers.
Key responsibilities will include:

Produce operational and commercial Management Information including:

  • Client performance
  • Operational volumes
  • Customer feedback
  • Financial position
  • Support the migration of manual reporting into automated environments.
  • Establish and manage a data warehouse.
  • Develop reporting dashboards for our stakeholders.
  • Identify information and reporting needs that drive / deliver high quality Management Information.
  • Provide insight across our business to help shape company strategy.

We are looking for a MI Analyst who is truly passionate about reporting and analysing data, learning new skills, and employing creativity and innovation to deliver solutions.

You will have advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Relational databases and querying databases using T-SQL. You’ll have experience in Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Power PI, or similar reporting platforms and will possess excellent problem solving skills.
