Outsource Relationship Account Manager

About the Role

We are searching for an exceptional Contact Centre professional who has a background in leading relationships with an Outsourced provider or, alternatively, is working for an Outsourced provider and wants to jump to the other side.

** You must have a Contact Centre background and have worked for OR with a Contact Centre Outsourcer partner **
You will be the point of contact for all communication between the business and the outsource partners and as such you will be highly effective in building long term, string relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
You will be responsible for the performance management of the outsourcer partnerships and will work with your own inhouse planning, training and quality functions to ensure forecasting, recruitment and quality accuracy across the multi-site estate.
You will be a strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills and will be well versed and connected in the Contact Centre industry to research and recommend new tools and technologies to better serve our clients customers.
You will come with a background in Contact Centre and Vendor leadership, will have proven experience as a relationship Manager and preferably will have experience of working with offshore contact centre operations.
