Training & Quality Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a Training & Quality Manager to support a rapidly growing business - Previous experience in training and quality design and implementation is essential.

The Role Reports to the Operations Director, you will be business critical and a complete self starter. To review and report on current business T&Q and looks for ways in which to improve the business service and overall customer experience.
Responsibilities & Duties
Design, implement & Manage the business Training and quality framework & material as well as report and monitor the progress and feedback to the wider business.
Various administration tasks associated with the company data base electronic record system.
Assist with on boarding, ongoing up-skilling and long term career development for the organisations employees.
Supervise a team with a view to developing and growing the adviser team to service the growing adviser numbers and proactively building a robust T&C department to minimise risk to the firm.
To keep up to date with legislation, regulation and best practices and working with the compliance department to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
Develop effective training programs on compliance matters including appropriate training for new and existing advisers.
Day to day managing, 1-2-1, motivating, delegating tasks, and providing feedback to the individuals and their managers.
Presentations of Training & Quality issues at management meetings.
We are looking for someone with the following skill set:
Training & Quality experience for a customer service based setting - (Health care/ Contact Centre)
An In-depth knowledge of T&Q standards and regulations
Experience working within fast paced environment - self starter.
Works well under pressure and to deadlines - on own and in a group situation.
Ability to build relationships and to implement change
