About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Volume Recruitment Manager to join a rapidly expanding business who have transitioned to the world of remote working and therefore remote hiring in volume, across numerous specialisms.
In this really exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for leading a team to attract, source and select the best people to work for our client in their Customer Experience Contact Centre operations.
** This is a 100% homebased remote role **
This role will really make a difference to the way we work and the people we help. You will love the chance to lead on changes and not be afraid to get stuck in.
There’ll be the opportunity to innovate, inspire change and shape our recruitment processes and you’ll manage and lead a team to improve the recruitment experience for managers and candidates.
You will need to have a background in Volume Recruitment and experience in hiring remotely would be a huge benefit as would a background in Contact Centre resourcing across a large estate.
You’ll understand the need to build longstanding, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers to ensure our clients get the best value and service.
