About the Role

Our client, competes at the very top of their market, working with Educational Bodies, large corporates, institutions and public bodies. They provide clients with a wide range of services, working collaboratively, in partnership with their clients and form their thinking around their needs to ensure they deliver the right solutions when it matters.

Our client is paying a very attractive £95 – £100k + 32 days holiday (plus bank holidays), amazing pension & bens.

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Development Leader to lead their growing sales, Account Management and Business Development teams. This role will be to ensure that the strategy is implemented consistently across the sector and working as part of this incredibly busy team you will also be responsible for their wider collaborative marketing, product / service development and ongoing relationship leadership with key clients.

This is a B2B role and as a result we are looking for the highest calibre of Business 2 Business Sales Leader, someone who understands how to nurture longstanding relationships.

Within this role you will quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of sector issues with the overall goal to provide practical advice and guidance to achieve the most effective and commercially valuable business development activities. As the business development expert, the business will rely on you to identify opportunities for growth, continue to expand markets our client operates in and to ensure both current and prospective clients are aware of the exceptional work that they do.

You will support the business in producing quality pitches and will lead and inspire your teams to go the extra mile to deliver innovative solutions and develop longstanding, mutually beneficial commercial partnerships.

For this role our client is seeking someone who has worked in a similar role across sectors such as (but not limited to) IT, Publishing, Education, Pharmaceutical.  This is a very busy team and it is imperative you are a seasoned collaborative worker, used to engaging and developing relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the business.
