Commercial Director (B2B Tech)
About the Role
We are looking for an impressive Commercial Director for a fantastic, rapid paced, tech enabled B2B services business.
*** This is a remote / homebased role ***
Reporting to the board, the individual will have a background in the leadership of a B2B Service-related business (preferably operating a subscription model) and will have full responsibility for the entire operation (Sales, Service, Support, Retention, churn etc) with a major focus on rapid growth and gain of market share.
The successful individual will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in a tech-enabled B2B services business with full grasp of SaaS metrics.
- Track record of reducing churn in a SaaS business through various tools and approaches.
- Extensive experience of developing successful sales teams.
- A demonstrable background of P&L responsibility, with a strong grasp of financial statements and metrics.
- Experience of growing an organisation and the scars to show!
- Experience and knowledge implementing the best tools for managing a SaaS business.
