Customer Service Team Leader
About the Role
We are recruiting for an exciting Contact Centre Team Leader role based in Warrington.
As a Team Manager, your team are your customers and you play a pivotal part in putting your team first and inspiring them to deliver exceptional service levels to their customers. Our client prides themselves on fantastic Customer Service delivery and as such you will be a customer passionate individual with a fantastic background in coaching, mentoring and training exceptional Customer Service teams.
*** This role is a hybrid role with a few days from the office in Warrington and a few days from home ***
Leading a team of 15 you will create an environment for success through regular coaching, engaging and motivation. You will proactively manage your team's results. It is also important that you are a confident and experienced leader, with great problem solving skills that can effectively deliver performance in a fast paced and changeable environment.
In our busy contact centre you will relish the opportunity to learn and develop your skills further by working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments. You will be a self-assured competent manager with experience of leading a team in a Contact Centre operation.
You will have previous experience of leading teams within a Customer Service, Contact Centre environment and will be a seasoned coach and trainer who has a real passion for helping people improve themselves to provide superb levels of service.
What you need to know:
Hours are standard office hours (8 – 4, 9 – 5)
Salary is to £35k + 15% bonus + bens
23 days holiday plus bank holidays (of which there are 8)
There is onsite parking when you are in the office
