Dialler Analyst

About the Role

We’re seeking multiple experienced Senior Dialler Analyst to provide a wide range of operational support/ service delivery across the organisation (Dialler systems). You will be responsible for overseeing the provision of dialler practices and strategies to achieve, operational efficiency's and effective dialler strategies.

*Office based role in Sheffield*

You will:

  • Manage the dialler demand and strategy requirements across multiple channels
  • Establish demand and delivery - daily weekly & monthly dialler data management.
  • Maintain dialler activities and records on system, monitor plans, identifying any shortfalls.
  • Optimise dialler and scheduling processes to achieve dialler service levels.
  • Dialler connex campaign configuration & system management
  • Track dialler output planned and unplanned & produce reports in the form of daily, weekly and monthly for management.
You will have a Contact Centre background and will have worked as a Dialler Analyst/ Manager in a Sales/ Customer Service operation in the past. 
Good working knowledge of Ofcom regulations
Experience working with SQL
Thorough knowledge of MS Office suite
