Head of Finance
Glasgow

About the Role

We are looking for an impressive Head of Finance for a fantastic, rapid paced & expanding Glasgow based business. With a background in senior finance leadership you will head up the senior finance team.  You will moitor & analyse the financial performance of the business to create and manage the business financial strategy. Looking at ways to improve the business performance.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Inspire, motivate & lead your senior finance team to deliver an excellent business results.
• Manage & Develop the Finance function to deliver a high performing team for the organisation.Budget management & quarterly forecasts for review and
• Oversee business investment & cashflow.
• Implement and update business financial policies and procedures
• Manage the business compliance with all regulatory and statutory obligations
• Incharge of the Monthly Financial Performance to ensure Budget commitments are achieved.
• Deliver on Financial Opportunities and mitigation for Financial Risks 
• Create and Maintain long lasting relationships with external stakeholders of the business.
