About the Role

Collections Advisor - Bicester - £20-£25k - 10% Annual Bonus - Mon - Fri (Office Hours) - Immediate start!!!!

We are currently supporting the growth of a Collections Division within a fast growing team based in Bicester (Opening hours are Mon – Fri between office hours.)
 
As a Collections Advisor you will excel at listening, be able to explain things clearly and have an empathetic approach, tailoring each call to the individual customer’s needs. You will have the confidence to take ownership, using your knowledge and experience to ensure that every single customer you speak to will put the phone down feeling valued.

Experience required:

  • Previous Collections experience
  • Contact Centre & Customer Service experience
  • Current or recent experience with in a regulated finance company
  • Outbound & Inbound calling experience
  • Excellent listener
  • Positive attitude and the ability to handling objections in a constructive way
  • Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry
  • Proven experience of working successfully to targets
  • Experience in a busy working environment
  • Able to carry out processes in a compliant manner
