About the Role
Collections Admin Assistant - Bicester - £20-£22k - 10% Annual Bonus - Mon - Fri (Office Hours) - Immediate start!!!!
We are currently supporting the growth of a Collections Division within a fast growing team based in Bicester (Opening hours are Mon – Fri between office hours.)
Responsibilities:
- Support the Collections Team with the day-to-day administration of third-party relationships.
- Work within a fast-paced environment to address and resolve issues via all channels in collaboration with the team.
- Delivers against KPIs by taking ownership and supporting continuous improvement.
- Assist the customers using all resources and tools available aiming for first contact resolution and customer satisfaction
Experience required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Worked within fast-paced environment
- IT literacy - competent with the use of systems
- Previous telephone experience
- Professional telephone manner
- Knowledge of general administration
- Good communication skills
- Experience in preparing invoices and debt collection and managing bank accounts
- Excellent written and verbal English
