About the Role

Collections Admin Assistant - Bicester - £20-£22k - 10% Annual Bonus - Mon - Fri (Office Hours) - Immediate start!!!!

We are currently supporting the growth of a Collections Division within a fast growing team based in Bicester (Opening hours are Mon – Fri between office hours.)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Collections Team with the day-to-day administration of third-party relationships.
  • Work within a fast-paced environment to address and resolve issues via all channels in collaboration with the team.
  • Delivers against KPIs by taking ownership and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Assist the customers using all resources and tools available aiming for first contact resolution and customer satisfaction

Experience required:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Worked within fast-paced environment
  • IT literacy - competent with the use of systems
  • Previous telephone experience
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Knowledge of general administration
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in preparing invoices and debt collection and managing bank accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal English
