About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to join a fantastic business in the West Midlands that is currently going through a period of growth & change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all data is managed (working with large quantities of data & writing code)
• The development of Data/ MI, translating requirements into data information to support commercial decision making
• Take responsibility for resolving all data & information queries
• Reporting & analysing data for trends & ways in which to improve.
• Take ownership of the reporting framework that supports all regulatory reporting of the conduct risk measures
• Review team & personal workloads, facilitating the development of you team

• Previous experience with strong data analysis skills
• Analyse large amounts of data, identifying and solve problems 
• Experience with SQL Server, including Transact-SQL & Oracle
• Hands on knowledge of data modelling tools, data mapping tools and data profiling tools
• Good level of experience with SAP & Data warehouse EXP.
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience working with call centre (operations & MI data), customer service, claims focused data would be desired.
