About the Role

Role:                       Learning & Development Manager
Location:                Home based (with frequent UK travel to all sites as required). 
Hours:                    37.5 per week; flexibility essential to meet the needs of the business
Reporting to:          Director – People Services
We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to support a culture of continuous learning and growth through programmes that enable my client to constantly evolve and develop.

Working with the Director, People Services, interpret the organisation strategy and its future capability needs to identify and plan learning priorities across the organisation.

On an individual level, create learning environments where employees can continuously develop to be their best, incorporating motivational and behavioural science to ensure impactful learning.

  • Team Leadership
  • L&D Strategy
  • Relationship Management 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • CIPD qualified preferred or equivalent degree/work experience
  • Background of Corporate TNA, Design, delivery and evaluation up to management development level
  • Understanding of NVQ/Apprenticeship programs and the use of Apprenticeship Levy
  • Significant learning and leadership development experience (in a contact centre BPO industry)
  • Experience of creating and running dynamic, impactful and credible end to end development programmes at all levels of the business.
  • A commercial approach to L&D: the ability to measure performance, efficacy and ROI within the development space. 
  • Excellent influencing and consulting skills and a desire to build lasting constructive relationships within the HR function and the wider business.
