About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Volume Recruitment Manager to join a fantastic business based in the North West.

In this really exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15FTE (admin, recruiters & support) to attract, source and select the best people to work for our client in their Customer Experience Contact Centre operations.

This role will really make a difference to the way the business work and the people they help. You will have the chance to lead on change and not be afraid to get stuck in as this business works at a tremendous pace.

There’ll be the opportunity to innovate, inspire change and shape the business recruitment processes working alongside senior stakeholders inn the business, you’ll manage and lead a team of Recruitment Consultants & Admin Support  to improve the recruitment experience for the business managers and candidates.

You will need to have a background in Volume & contact centre recruitment and experience in fast paced ever changing resourcing across a large business estate.

You’ll understand the need to build longstanding, mutually beneficial relationships with business stakeholders & suppliers to ensure our clients get the best value and service.
