About the Role

Due to continued success, our client are now looking to recruit EXPERIENCED, target driven Sales Advisors to join their well-trained specialist team on a brand new project/site in Manchester.

Fantastic Salary of £24k to £25K basic plus Generous commission (OTE £35k-£40K plus).

Fantastic working hours:  Monday – Friday office hours 

Key Duties:

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be expected to do the following:

  • Speak to a variety of customers to build rapport
  • Arrange appointments
  • Understand the customers’ needs and promote the benefits of the companies services
  • Speak to all customer professionally and effectively
  • Work towards personal and company targets - Generate sales
You’ll receive full training and work alongside their experienced team.

About You........

To be considered for the role, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Contact Centre experience
  • Exceptional English written and spoken communication skills
  • Professional, positive and efficient telephone manner with loads of personality
  • Ability to present moderately complex information in a structured and balanced way making it easy for customers to understand
  • Excellent questioning and active listening skills
  • Totally committed to achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Enthusiastic and engaging in conversation
  • Money-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Able to quickly learn and adapt
