Inbound Team Leader

About the Role

With an excellent reputation, fantastic monthly bonus, great working environment and brilliant promotional prospects we are working with a company who are well renowned in their industry to help them find an exceptional Inbound Team Leader.

Leading a team of 12 you will come with a background of exceptional service provision in a Contact Centre environment and will be an inspiration to the teams you lead.

In return for your expertise we will be offering a basic salary if £24k with a monthly bonus which on average is £600 per month and could well be higher taking your earnings to £31k minimum!

** This role is onsite - not remote **

Role Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of a small INBOUND service and sales team
  • Complete monthly 1-1’s with each member of your team
  • Deliver and execute incentives to motivate and drive your team
  • Identify, report on and pursue new business opportunities
  • Management of CRM system to record data and leads
  • Hitting individual and team monthly targets
