Talent Onboarding Manager

About the Role

We are searching for a highly experienced Employee Onboarding Manager for an exceptionally large, fast paced organisation who are undergoing a period of rapid expansion.

**** This role is remote and will require someone who has a background of volume recruitment / onboarding ****

You will be working within a dynamic leadership team who are all passionate about onboarding and the employee journey.
You will be a passionate people person and will possess a background in the onboarding of volume numbers of staff from the likes of Contact Centres or Retail and will have the following responsibilities in post:

  • Guide the process from being a new team member, to passing probation.
  • You will work closely with the Operations and the Team Managers (to whom these staff will report) to ensure the operation engage with new hires and set realistic expectations , setting each new team member up for success.
  • You will engage closely with Corporate HR team, as well as Operations and Payroll to ensure the full onboarding lifecycle goes smoothly (onboarding, 1st day, 1st week, 1st pay run, transition from training to live operational environment etc) and seamlessly.
This is a fantastic role for a highly gifted individual who has a background in onboarding within a high volume environment.
