About the Role

HR Business Partner  – Remote working (Occasional travel) – Fast paced Industry 
 
We are actively recruiting a HR Business Partner with proven experience in supporting HR teams in a busy Human Resources department. This role will suit someone who is can confidently work using their initiative to support a busy team. 

This role will be a mixture of office and home based with occasional travel to other sites.

About the Role:

• Handle complex Employee Relations cases as and when required
• Partner with Senior leaders across the organisation to support their operations and delivering people objectives
• Support, coach, and develop HR Advisors
• Ensure all HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with UK employment legislation and company practices
• Driving best practice, pro-actively making suggestions for improvement, and challenging the status quo
• Contributing to and supporting on any HR initiatives, such as wellbeing, engagement, and ED&I.
• Delivering on major business change programmes, including TUPE
• Coaching, consulting, and supporting Senior Managers
• Manage HR Projects

• Proven experience of working in a busy HR department
• Strong ER experience, dealing with the full range casework including – Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence management, performance & flexible working
• Experience leading on TUPE and Redundancy processes
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Advising & coaching managers from junior – senior level
• Experience of leading a team of HR advisors 
• Highly organised
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Excellent understanding of employee law
• Working within a fast – paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to lead and support the HR team 
• CIPD Level 5 
• Ability to work under pressure
