About the Role
HR Business Partner – Remote working (Occasional travel) – Fast paced Industry
We are actively recruiting a HR Business Partner with proven experience in supporting HR teams in a busy Human Resources department. This role will suit someone who is can confidently work using their initiative to support a busy team.
This role will be a mixture of office and home based with occasional travel to other sites.
About the Role:
- Handle complex Employee Relations cases as and when required
- Partner with Senior leaders across the organisation to support their operations and delivering people objectives
- Support, coach, and develop HR Advisors
- Ensure all HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with UK employment legislation and company practices
- Driving best practice, pro-actively making suggestions for improvement, and challenging the status quo
- Contributing to and supporting on any HR initiatives, such as wellbeing, engagement, and ED&I.
- Delivering on major business change programmes, including TUPE
- Coaching, consulting, and supporting Senior Managers
- Manage HR Projects
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience of working in a busy HR department
- Strong ER experience, dealing with the full range casework including – Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence management, performance & flexible working
- Experience leading on TUPE and Redundancy processes
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Advising & coaching managers from junior – senior level
- Experience of leading a team of HR advisors
- Highly organised
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Excellent understanding of employee law
- Working within a fast – paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to lead and support the HR team
- CIPD Level 5
- Ability to work under pressure
