Job Title: Recruitment Administrator – (Working from home)
We are on the hunt for a Recruitment Administrator to join the growing Recruitment team of one of our large clients.
Recruitment is a busy, challenging, and dynamic department, responsible for meeting the companies ever-changing staffing requirements across all UK locations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a “can do” attitude with previous experience within an administration role, if you have experience in recruitment that would be great, although, good administration and organisational skills are the most important factor!
This role is key to the success of the Recruitment team, as they will be taking candidates through the required background checks prior to them starting their role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inputting and obtaining pre-employment checks including references, police checks and right to work/visa documentation;
- Providing friendly support to all candidates as they go through the onboarding process;
- Updating records on our Recruitment suite and HR database;
Promotion and growth prospects in the business are fantastic as are sideways moved into HR and other departments should you so wish.
