Corporate Business Development Manager (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for candidate who wants to join our clients award winning Corporate team in a very exciting time in their history.

Leading a growing team of Account Managers the purpose of the role is to maximise on present and new business opportunities through both desk based sales and account management and field based client meetings.

*** 55k + 5k car allowance (80k OTE), this is a hybrid role, days in the office in Altrincham and working from home ***

You will be responsible for leading a team of Client Account Managers who will be responsible building and maintaining strong relationships with new corporate customers alongside leading and growing relationships with our client’s present customer base.  

The ideal candidate will be someone who excels in a fast paced and busy environment, who is customer and new business focused; with the ability to work independently, managing their time whilst juggling competing priorities and who has inspirational leadership abilities.

Key background you will need:

  • B2B Sales from a ‘service’ environment
  • Extensive sales management experience
  • Demonstrable experience in growing key accounts (B2B) plus, a background in personally leading complex sales.
