We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the Sales team and offer fantastic customer service combined with accurate data entry.

Basic salary is up £21,000 + Bens
Shift Patterns: Between 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday Rotational

Duties:


• Objection handling to retain customers
• Responsible for onboarding customers generated via the promotional team  
• Ensure daily/monthly targets are met and the Lead Management Tool /CRM is updated efficiently and timeously, in order for the Field Sales Manager to compile daily/monthly statistics 
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records on systems 
• Checking accuracy in orders and accounts 
• Escalating internal discrepancies on the order management systems, following up for feedback and reporting back to the relevant sales executive 
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks 

Experience:

• The ability to work on your own and within a team 
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change well,  
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)   
• Have a solution and problem solving mentality to inspire others 
• Good keyboard skills and accurate data entry
