About the Role

We are working with a very large BPO who have extensive customer contact operations spread across the UK to source an exceptional Head of Project Management.

*** This is a 100% remote role, however, you must be UK based presently ***

Fundamentally this role will ensure all major projects across the contact centre estate are implemented to time and to budget and to succeed in this role you will have a demonstrable background of delivering diverse and complex contact centre projects in a client facing environment, to time and budget.

Leading and growing a Project team the successful individual will engage with internal and external stakeholders to lead and manage internal and external client led projects.

You will be used to working closely with internal departments to ensure the success of projects (IT, Operations, Finance etc) and will be well versed in partnering with external suppliers.

You’ll be the single client escalation point for project delivery and in addition to managing the team, hold responsibility for own client facing / internal projects
A background in Project Management (with the relevant qualifications such as Prince2)  within a Contact Centre environment is essential and experience of the BPO / Outsourcing sector is highly desirable.
