Finance Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for an impressive Finance Assistant for a fantastic business based in Glasgow. You will have a background in finance/ accounting you will be an integral part of the finance function. You will mange the accounts payable for the business as well as invoicing & stakeholder management.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Full Management of the accounts payable.
- Managing day to day running of invoice matching & Supplier payment runs.
- Expenses management for the business - Sign off and process for payroll.
- Credit Card - Reconciliation, posting & Accrual (SAP)
- Production of financial forecast and sales budgets.
- Management & reconciliation of Goods receipts and purchase orders
- Petty cash management
- You will have the ability to work using own initiative and prioritise workloads
- Experience with SAP
- Ability to deliver business results and meet company expectations
- Experience of implementing new processes into a finance function
