PIA Coordinator/Administrator

About the Role

As a result of our client’s growth and team success they are looking to grow their PIA team through the addition of a PIA Coordinator/Administrator.
 
The key focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the Construction Department and carry out all the PIA (Public Infrastructure Access) processes from start to end.
  
Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Identify foreseeable project risks and escalate to the Senior PIA Co-ordinator
  • Abide by the Product Descriptions outlined as part of the PIA product and continue to familiarise yourself with any developments as briefed by the PIA Manager and Senior PIA Co-ordinators
  • Process all (emails) in a timely manner
  • Ensure all civils tasks are closed with the appropriate level of evidence and information to ensure we are compliant with the Engineering Principles
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the Contractors
  • Provide constructive feedback and support the team members on day-to-day duties
  • Provide telephone and system support as and when required
  • Produce daily reporting
  • Promoting improvements in Safety in line with the objectives set by the Safety Manager
  • Providing general administrative support to the team as required
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 2+ years of administration experience
  •  Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) skills
  • Confident and proficient with technology
  • Previous knowledge of telecommunication construction would be an asset
  • Experience or knowledge of PIA would be advantageous
  • GCSE Maths & English passes
