About the Role

Senior Contact Centre Advisor - with the chance to progress up to a Team Leader.
Central Birmingham
Our client has recently set up a brand-new Contact centre in central Birmingham and they are looking to recruit a number of ambitious Senior Advisors.
They are on the search for experienced customer service agents who are motivated and are looking for the opportunity to progress up to Team Leaders within 6-12 months.
This client is an award-winning outsourcer/consultancy that provides BPO services to several different industries and is rapidly growing. They are looking for hard working individuals, who are interested in developing further and progressing up to Team Leaders in the business.
It will be your responsibility, as the first point of contact for customers, to offer helpful and important advice, and as such requires an individual with an outgoing and friendly telephone manner and have a confident approach to dealing with customers.
What we're looking for - 

  • A team player, whilst also being able to work autonomously
  • Self motivated
  • A desire to progress
  • Call/Contact Centre/Telephone based experience is essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grades A-C
  • Sound PC skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
