System Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator with a strong background in contact centre communications (voice, chat etc) for our global client.

**** Role will be 2/3 days working from the office based in Dorking, Surrey and 2 days working from home ****

The Successful Candidate must have experience of Supporting Contact Centre technologies such as chat, messaging, bots and enjoy learning about and developing the use of technical systems.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support of the Contact Centre technologies – chat, messaging, bots, voice
  • Support end-users and management with config and user profile changes.
  • Maintain accurate user records.
  • Ensure support calls and tickets are closed within agreed service level targets.
  • Take ownership to secure resolution of sophisticated/long-running tickets.
  • Advance tickets to support colleagues.
  • Record all change to maintain our systems blueprint.
  • Perform discovery work to identify gaps and opportunities in current operational processes.
  • Implement, test and maintain system improvements.
  • Help to build and maintain a library of education collateral.

Experience Required:
  • Good knowledge of contact centre measures and SLA’s
  • Experience in a Contact Centre/Service environment
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • Initiative to tackle new problems
  • Partner management skills
  • Good problem solving and organisation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience handling enquiries from both business and consumers
  • Experience of Salesforce CRM, and other Contact Centre tools
