B2B Account Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join the sales department of a successful, rapidly growing company in the telecoms industry has become available. We are looking for a highly organised individual that has the ability to work well under pressure in an ever-changing, fast paced environment, with the ability to communicate with all departments within the organisation, on various managerial levels.

Key Duties:
-         To provide effective and proactive Account Management support to Partners at all times
-         Maximise revenues, retain existing business, identify and close new opportunities.
-         Build strong co-operative and interdependent relationships with each Partner through strong relationship development
-         Develop and grow the Partner base by fully understanding their business and increasing the Partner’s product awareness.
-         Qualify the Partners needs to provide fit-for-purpose solutions.
-         Establish regular and effective communication with Decision Makers, predominantly remotely, and with Face to Face meetings where required.
-         Qualify leads from partners recommending the optimum solution for the end user needs
-         Engage the virtual team as required to fully support your Partners and help close new business opportunities as appropriate
-         Produce an accurate forecast on a weekly basis to demonstrate achievement against target.
Experience Required:
-         Ability to demonstrate successful sales experience in a B2B Indirect Channel sales role in the IT / Communications industry
-         Experience in Customer Services
-         Computer-literate, technology savvy
-         Track record in building relationships and influencing decision makers
-         Confident, assertive and professional in all internal and external dealings
-         Excellent time management and organizational skills
-         Full UK driving licence
