Billing Advisor (Invoice processing / Customer Service)

We are currently recruiting for a Billing Advisor for one of our key clients based just outside Debry, this is a great all round role and would suit someone from a finance background who is looking for a challenge.

The organisation has won a number of awards for their products and services within their sector, which is in IT. As they grow, they continue to invest into the professional development of their people, the office has a supportive family feel to it and they are ideally looking for people that want to progress as they grow in size.

Working within the Billing Services team, you will be using our software for automated invoice processing, completing bill runs on behalf of our customers. This isn’t a traditional accounts role, but sales / purchase ledger, payroll or similar finance experience is both relevant and beneficial. As well as managing multiple bill runs, the role involves setting up and training new customers, compiling management reports and user testing new software features.

In order to do this role, you will have to be extremely well organised and possess excellent numeracy, communication and PC skills, as well as an ability to learn quickly and work under your own initiative.   
 
Requirements for this role:

  • All-round numeracy skills
  • Excellent all-round PC skills, including MS Excel, Word, & Outlook 
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
