About the Role
We have a super exciting role as a result of our clients growth and team success, we are seeking a HR Administrator to join the HR Team!
Key Focus:
The key focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the HR Department and carry out all the processes from start to end. This is a perfect role for somone who is intersted in starting out on their HR journey or somone looking for a more Administration based position.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Process all emails in a timely manner
- Provide constructive feedback and support the team members on day-to-day duties
- Provide telephone and system support as and when required
- Prepare Offers and contracts to new starters within the business
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required
- Offer support with the Training team
- Support with recruitment as and when needed
- Great people skills and can do attitude
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills (Not essential)
- Confident and proficient with technology
