Role Summary
We are currently supporting one of our key clients with the recruitment of a home working Vetting Team Leader position.
In this role the successful applicant will lead and coordinate the Vetting administration team and support the wider business with aspects of recruitment onboarding and compliance administration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the Lead for the administration staff within the recruitment onboarding team.
- Undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties within the department to ensure the smooth running of the function.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Vetting Administration team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered through the use of coaching as required.
- Identify development opportunities to enhance the personal development of Vetting team to maximise the service offered to the business.
What we’re looking for in you
Previous experience of working in a vetting/compliance team in an HR and or Recruitment function.
Team leader / management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-developed analytical/ problem solving/ decision making skills.
Strong organisational skills who is adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Stakeholder management skills.
