About the Role

Due to continued success, our client are now looking to recruit, target driven, money motivated Sales Advisors to join their well-trained specialist team in their brand new offices Derby.

Fantastic Salary of £22k plus Generous commission (OTE £35k-£40K plus).

Fantastic working hours:  4 days on, 4 days off!! Between Monday-Sunday 8am -8:15pm rotational shift patterns.
Option to work on a Hybrid basis after 8 weeks with the business too!

Key Duties:

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be expected to do the following:

• Speak to a variety of customers to build rapport
• Renew current contracts with customers
• Understand the customers’ needs and promote the benefits of the companies services
• Speak to all customer professionally and effectively
• Work towards personal and company targets – No cold calling!

You’ll receive full training and work alongside their experienced team.

About You........

To be considered for the role, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Sales/Retentions/Upselling experience
• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
• Professional, positive and efficient telephone manner with loads of personality
• Excellent questioning and active listening skills
• Enthusiastic and engaging in conversation
• Money-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Able to quickly learn and adapt
