Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

Due to continued success, our client is now looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisor’s to join their Customer Relationship Team.

Location: West Didsbury, Manchester (walking distance from bus/ West Didsbury tram stops) - Hybrid working - Mixture of both home & office

Salary: £20k + Bonus (Realistic OTE c£28-£30Kk). Full time, 5 days per week working on a shift rota which does include one in three Saturdays. 

Working hours / Shifts: (37.5hrs) - 3-week rotation – 8am – 4pm / 10am – 6pm / 12pm – 8pm with one in three Saturdays or Sundays

Role responsibilities: 

  • Manage enquiries via inbound call or outbound to follow up on a customer’s web enquiry.
  • Your role will be to assess the enquiries and look for potential opportunities
  • Process a high volume of customer calls.
  • Working to set key performance targets and ensuring that all enquiries are handled in accordance with service level agreements and applicable regulations.

Candidate requirements:

  • Preferably have previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor We are also keen to hear from candidates with relevant skills i.e. Sales Executive, Graduate, Telesales Executive.
  • Motivated to succeed, enthusiastic, bubbly, vibrant, confident, dedicated, proactive and driven.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines,
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Computer literate
  • Target driven and able to successfully meet KPI measures.
