Senior Bid Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and previously successful Senior Bid Manager to join our Clients Strategic Global Team on a fully remote basis.
You will be empowered to deliver a world class experience, therefore a strong commercial acumen, knowledge of the BPO industry and trends is desireable, together with the ability to create effective bid proposals and case studies to showcase my clients offering.
To help you succeed, previous experience of working at a senior level within a fast paced Bid environment is required along with a proven track record of delivering results achieved through strong leadership and team management across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will be expected to lead the bid team managing solution SMEs, bid management support (including bid managers, coordinators and bid writers) and commercial and finance managers, legal, HR, HSE and support functions throughout the bid, preferred bidder to commercial close through to successful handover to Transition / Transformation and Operations.

The successful candidate will be: proactive, positive, innovative, customer focused, responsive, able to juggle multiple priorities and a portfolio of opportunities while consistently delivering results. This role holder is a ‘player manager’ role with responsibility for leadership of all major pursuits for this sector (new business, rebids and extensions) including opportunities may include deals with challenging requirements, addressing non-standard Terms & Conditions, complex risk allocations and/or commercial structures. There is also line management responsibility of a small team of Bid Manager(s) allocated to this sector, alongside matrix management of wider bid resources and SMEs allocated to the bid.
