About the Role

We are actively recruiting for someone who has proven experience of working in a busy HR department. This role will suit someone who can confidently work using their initiative and support a busy HR Manager. The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing a high volume & lange sites.

This role will been site in Pontypridd - South Wales.

About the Role:

  • Support the HR Manager across all business areas
  • Provide Employee Relation support across the business to senior Stakeholders
  • Provide effective and professional HR support to all employees & senior leaders
  • Support with major business change & Transformation projects.
  • Ensure all HR matters are handled professionally and in line legislative and company requirements
  • Advise and coach managers on policy and procedures
  • Provide MI reporting
  • Deliver manager training
  • Drive best practice
  • Build relationships across the business
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience of working in a busy HR department
  • Strong HR experience, dealing with the full range casework including – Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence management, performance & flexible working
  • Strong written & & verbal communication skills
  • Advising & coaching managers from junior – senior level
  • Highly organised
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Excellent understanding of employee law
  • Working within a fast – paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to proactive work alone or with team support
  • It would be advantageous to have CIPD level 5 and above
  • Ability to work under pressure
