About the Role
If you love customer service and are motivated by making life easier for others, you'll enjoy working with our client's expanding team on a 12mth FTC.
Candidates must have excellent home broadband connection in order to run our multiple systems.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Respond to customers enquiries appropriately, ensuring all documentation is professional
- and correct
- Inbound calls & Outbound calling to customers
- Record and maintain accurate policyholder information using in house computer systems
- Provide and maintain exemplary levels of customer service at all time
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all policy terms and conditions
Key skills and Attributes
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills
- Precise comprehension and ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form
- Proactive attitude to learning new things and a fast learner
- Ability to cope well under pressure with determination and perseverance
