Customer Service Admin Agent

About the Role

If you love customer service and are motivated by making life easier for others, you'll enjoy working with our client's expanding team on a 12mth FTC.

Candidates must have excellent home broadband connection in order to run our multiple systems.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Respond to customers enquiries appropriately, ensuring all documentation is professional
  • and correct
  • Inbound calls & Outbound calling to customers
  • Record and maintain accurate policyholder information using in house computer systems
  • Provide and maintain exemplary levels of customer service at all time
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all policy terms and conditions
Key skills and Attributes
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills
  • Precise comprehension and ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form
  • Proactive attitude to learning new things and a fast learner
  • Ability to cope well under pressure with determination and perseverance
