About the Role
We are sourcing an experienced Digital Product Owner for our client a leading well known brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing team in a fast-changing and evolving industry.
** This is a Hybrid Role with travel to site when required **
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working with key stakeholders to develop and agree the product roadmap and vision
- Gathering, managing, and prioritising implementation of customer service tools and digital applications
- Product sprint planning and user story readiness, with the development team
- Ability to articulate and present roadmaps, progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Working closely with the scrum team to ensure the right customer problem is solved
- Advocating on behalf of the customer for the development team
- Development release planning and communication
- Responsible for the QA of development releases
- Troubleshooting reported website issues with business stakeholders
- Prioritising defect or bug resolution
- Maintain clear view of Optimizely roadmap and developments, ensuring relevant changes made to our website and roadmap
- Product experience gained in a busy online retail environment
- Experience in Email marketing and marketing preferences – with a focus on the technical capability of email service providers
- Experience in leading digital teams of PO and other marketing experts
- Hand-on experience in digital marketing platform campaign & programme design
- Great knowledge of or working with UX / UI, Digital innovation, Digital execution, and project management teams
- Creative thinker and problem solver – doesn’t take the status quo as the only way to do things, takes inspiration from lots of sources, challenges thinking
- Strong Product owner role experience
- Great knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, Jira or equivalent tool, Website monitoring software
