Job Purpose:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will provide invaluable support to the Recruitment department and wider business through a variety of different tasks and activities. You will need to share your passion for the business with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, whilst ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately and within a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities:
Ø  Making phone calls to candidates who have applied for a role with us
Ø  Speaking to candidates to give them a good understanding of our business and what would be expected of them in their role
Ø  Sharing your passion and enthusiasm for the business with prospective new employees
Ø  Evaluating candidates ability to undertake the role, by taking them through the recruitment process end to end
Ø  Conducting interviews via Microsoft Teams
Ø  Ensuring the recruitment system (Taleo) is up to date and accurate
Ø  Being confident, friendly and approachable, making candidates feel comfortable throughout all their interactions with you
Ø  Understanding the legal documentation candidates must provide
Ø  Being a team player, immersing yourself within the established recruitment team and working in collaboration with other departments
Experience & skills:
Ø  You will be confident in talking to candidates about the business
Ø  The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have a passion for sharing information and wanting to get the best out of others
Ø  Prepared to go the extra mile to hit targets (we still work to targets and KPI’s in recruitment)
Ø  Thrives on working in a challenging and fast paced environment
Ø  Has a keen eye for detail, excellent time management and is organised
