We are seeking an experienced Internal recruiter to support a multinational consultancy organisation.
 
This role will support the development of the function, this role can go permanent if the successful candidate wishes.
 
The role of the Internal Recruiter is to work alongside managers and leaders to generate candidates for vacancies across the organisation.
 
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
 

  • Oversee the recruitment needs for a portfolio of services / locations, leading on specific hot spot’ areas identified as needing improvement
  • Provide advice and guidance on recruitment advisements, identifying best methods of recruiting, taking a lead on recruitment and assessment methods
  • Optimise attraction and employer brand, focusing on direct sourcing, building effective pipelines
  • Work closing with Business Partners, develop a resourcing and talent plan for the portfolio that supports succession planning and internal mobility
  • Proactively develop relationships with key recruiting partners including colleges, and other organisations
  • Develop and manage effective relationships with preferred supplier agencies to ensure they comply with contractual agreements and support the organisation in the supply of agency workers when have been unable to source appropriate direct candidates

We’re seeking experienced recruiters with a background of  Internal recruitment or agency recruitment
 
Qualifications and experience
 
  • Previous experience of working within an internal recruitment or agency recruitment consultant position
  • Solid experience of a variety of direct recruiting methods
  • Proven track record of executing volume recruitment
  • Experience of development relationship with key stakeholders, building confidence and credibility
 
Skills and knowledge
 
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise appropriately
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of care assessment and recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of best proactive recruitment techniques
  • Knowledge of using social media for recruitment purposes
