OMNI Channel Project Manager

About the Role
We are sourcing an experienced OMNI Channel Project Manager for our client a leading well known brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing team in a fast-changing and evolving industry.
** This is a Hybrid Role with travel to site when required**
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- The design, build and run the contact centre and telephony technology that is
required to deliver and support the information systems needs of our client - Working with key stakeholders to develop and agree the product roadmap and vision
- Gathering, managing, and prioritising implementation of Omni tools and digital applications
- Platform sprint planning and user story readiness, with the development team
- Ability to articulate and present digital roadmaps, progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Working closely with the scrum team to ensure the right customer problem is solved
- Advocating on behalf of the customer for the development team
- Development release planning and communication
- Responsible for the QA of development releases
- Troubleshooting reported website issues with business stakeholders
- Platform experience gained in a busy contact centre environment
- Experience in Email marketing and marketing preferences – with a focus on the technical capability of email service providers
- Experience in leading platfom RFP's process
- Experience with Chatbot, voice analytics & call recordings, whatsappp and social media.
- Great knowledge of or working with contact centre & telephony products
- Creative thinker and problem solver – doesn’t take the status quo as the only way to do things, takes inspiration from lots of sources, challenges thinking
- Strong Product role experience
- Great knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, Jira or equivalent tool, Website monitoring software
