Client Services Assistent
Leamington Spa

About the Role

The purpose of the role is to provide support services to the Debt Recovery department both verbally and in writing to communicate where necessary. The role is a core function within our clients Debt Recovery Team, client care must be proactively considered; emphasis placed on provision of service excellence and value to their clients.

Key Duties:

  • Efficient and reliable administrative support
  • Invoicing Clients
  • Producing and delivering Client MI
  • Responding to client queries
  • Liaising with internal departments to include the collections, litigation, IT and finance
  • Performing daily tasks and operational procedures
  • General administrative tasks
  • Monitor reports and updates are sent to clients in line with SLA’s

Experience:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Experience of liaising with customers on the telephone.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Experience of investigating queries
