About the Role
Our Client is looking to source an experienced IT Director with a strong experience in helping a business grow their IT, Digital & Technology - end to end delivery - The role with be WFH with travel when required.

Position Overview:
- Lead and oversee the companies IT function (Network, infrastructure, change, business enterprise).
- Responsible for envisioning the IT direction for the business, creating an IT road-map.
- Define how technology enables the organisational business strategy through applications and data & change implementation.
- Ensure that team members understand and respect functional goals, objectives, priorities, and time lines
- Effectively scale the business within the IT function globally to adequately support growth within the organisation and client requirements.
- Help optimise the business 24/7 - IT business Help desk.
- Define how technology enables the business IT optimisation strategy
- Create change and innovation within the global IT function
- Manage & strategically lead the IT function globally across multiple sites.
- Lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals
- Foster innovation, prioritise IT initiatives, and coordinate the evaluations
- Manage current and future IT systems across the organisation
- Presenting your road map and operation plans to the board/executive team
- Create a culture of technological innovation
- Implement new channel management tools when required
- Develop and maintain the whole IT organisational structure
- Assess and communicate risks associated with changes in IT
- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spend
- Ideally you with have experience in IT - Customer Experience Contact Centre industry (Outsourcing / BPO)
- Must have a background in project planning & change management
- Global change management experience (Channel Management -)
- Must be able to collaborate and lead people based offshore
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Successful operating & leading global IT environment
- Strong IT technical skills
