As a Supplier Relationship Manager - IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the dynamic relationship between the business and the strategic technology suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with designated IT suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring collaborative and productive engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate the execution of contractual obligations, identifying opportunities to enhance commercial and operational synergies.
  • Manage the end-to-end Supplier Relationship Management Framework, orchestrating Operational, Commercial, and Business Reviews to bolster communication and alignment.
  • Enforce compliance with standardised framework for ongoing supplier due diligence, risk evaluation, and monitoring.
  • Demonstrate proactive issue management, devising comprehensive action plans to address or elevate issues as needed.
  • Coordinate supplier management processes, guiding their onboarding, operational support, and contract fulfillment.
  • Monitor, measure, and assess supplier performance, collaborating with various internal teams to instigate improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that innovative strategies permeate throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Collaborate extensively with the IT teams to optimize supplier relationships and fully leverage existing contracts.
  • Aid Procurement, Solutions, and Standard Services by contributing insights for supplier selection, analysis, and integration.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong commercial acumen coupled with adept negotiation skills.
  • Adept understanding of Procurement and Supplier Management, particularly within the Information Technology realm.
  • Proficiency in comprehending the value of well-structured supplier contracts and their impact on achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to generate financial reports on costs and revenue.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical prowess for comprehensive insight generation.
  • Capability to present to various audiences, from key stakeholders to broader groups.
  • Ambitious and detail-oriented with an unyielding commitment to accuracy and precision.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to addressing challenges.
