Job Description

Due to continued success, our client is looking to recruit a number of Contact Centre Sales Executives to join their existing team.

This a fantastic & very exciting opportunity to join a well-known business with plenty of opportunities to build on your skills & career.

If you enjoy working in a positive, fast-paced environment and are motivated by hitting targets, then this is the perfect role for you

Shifts between 8 am – 7 pm Monday - Friday based onsite with some work from home options.
Weekend working: 1 in every 4 weekends working from home.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • To respond to all Live Chat and Telephone enquiries providing excellent levels of Customer Service
  • Develop and maintain great relationships with customers via telephone 
  • Nurture customers through the sales process and manage the CRM database
  • Work with sales targets in a fun, energetic environment
  • Offer advice and support to customers offering the best tailored services possible
  • Identify customer needs and make sure they receive their ideal, bespoke solution
