Customer Services Advisor (hybrid)

About the Role

We are working with one of the leaders in their field to source an exceptional Customer Service Advisor for their expanding operation.
We are looking for someone who is used to working in a fast paced environment, someone who has a fantastic attention to detail, enjoys working with numbers, is personable and has the ability to deliver exceptional customer support. You will be the 1st line of contact for our clients customers, who will be looking for an approachable, confident and helpful individual who is interested in helping support  in a friendly manner.
You’ll be well organised, PC literate and will be able to work on your own initiative having worked within a Customer Services environment in the past.
The role is onsite to begin with while training and getting up to speed, however, has the potential to move to a hybrid working model once you’ve passed your probation - career opportunities are exceptional.
