Due to continued success, our client are now looking to recruit EXPERIENCED, target driven Sales Advisors to join their well-trained specialist team in central Manchester.

Fantastic Salary of £25k to £28K basic plus Generous commission (OTE £38k-£60K plus).

Fantastic working hours:  Monday – Friday and weekends on a rota
Hybrid once fully trained

Key Duties:

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be expected to do the following:

• Speak to a variety of customers to build rapport
• All warm leads
• Understand the customers’ needs and promote the benefits of the companies services
• Speak to all customer professionally and effectively
• Work towards personal and company targets - Generate sales.

You’ll receive full training and work alongside their experienced team.

About You........

To be considered for the role, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Contact Centre experience
• Exceptional English written and spoken communication skills
• Professional, positive and efficient telephone manner with loads of personality
• Ability to present moderately complex information in a structured and balanced way making it easy for customers to understand
• Excellent questioning and active listening skills
• Totally committed to achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
• Enthusiastic and engaging in conversation
• Money-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Able to quickly learn and adapt
