About the Role

We’re on the lookout for tenacious, sales driven Field-Based Business Development Managers to join our clients established team. If you’re a successful field sales professional wanting to make the move into an exciting FinTech business,offering a market leading commission package this is the role for you.

Salary £35K, uncapped Bonus, OTE 70K+, Car Allowance + Excellent Bens

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop your own territory on a daily basis.
  • Daily activity daily to create a healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • Following a 2 step process create and book 2-3 sales opportunities daily.
  • Network with new and existing customers to create a strong referral process.
  • Efficiently managing a CRM & pipeline of quotations to achieve the expected conversions.
  • Close New business daily.
  • Successfully completing the customers application.
  • Working in partnership with our internal teams to process, deliver and set up any products, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every step of the process.

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience in a fast paced B2B Field Sales Role.
  • The ability to close deals face to face and work at pace in generating new sales.
  • Car and full valid driving licence (there is a car allowance as part of package).
  • Proven track record in sales and closing and negotiating deals.
  • Tenacious, naturally inquisitive and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and management of sales processes.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • High energy, curiosity and appetite to learn.
  • Highly driven, tenacious and proven ability to achieve sales targets.
